THE PENTECOSTAL CREDIT UNION (PCU) is a non-profit making Organisation.

Who is eligible to join The Pentecostal Credit Union?

Membership of this Credit Union is open to all who have a continuous and active association with the Pentecostal Churches within Great Britain.

A person who is a member of the same household as, and is a relative of, a member of the credit union who fulfills the qualification for admission of this rule directly, shall be deemed to qualify and shall be eligible for membership.

The Objectives of the Pentecostal Credit Union are:

1) The promotion of thrift among its members by the accumulation of their savings;

2) The creation of sources of Credit for the benefit of its members at a fair and reasonable rate of interest;

3) The use and control of members’ savings for their mutual benefit; and

4) The training and education of members in the wise use of money and in the management of their financial affairs.

Who runs this Organization?

The members elect a Board of Directors who in turn appoint Committee Members and employ a Manager and staff.

Are the Officers Bonded (insured against fraud)?

Credit Unions are required by legislation to have adequate cover arranged through a Fidelity Insurance Bond on all persons handling money.
