I am the Chair of the Audit Committee and have been since 2011. My professional background is a proactive leader with diverse experience in initiating capability, learning and development, and transformation programmes across healthcare and government sector. Over my tenure, at the Pentecostal Credit Union Ltd (PCU), I have extended the audit function by explicitly including consulting activities and have provided challenge and confidence to the Board and members that the PCU can and is meeting the demands of the changing economic and credit union landscape.

I am delighted to see ratings of ‘substantial’ for audits and the Board’s strong focus on social value/impact and return on investment of money, time and reputation. What matters to me is the sustainable future of the PCU for members. We are a north star. Over the next 40 years, our political and economic influence must, by the grace of God, preserve the now and future generations of believers.

Marcia Jones is a Group Head of Human Resources within the Financial Services sector. Marcia started her career in the public sector and subsequently moved to the financial services sector working for several UK and international broker-dealers, investment banks and asset management. She has held a range of senior Human Resources Management roles at International and Global level with small, medium and larger institutions and has also ran her own consultancy business.

She sits on the Board of various SME businesses as an Advisor. Marcia is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), she has an MA in HR Strategy and is also a qualified executive and master coach and a qualified accredited mediator

David Frederick is a specialist ICAEW authorised probate accountant, founder and managing partner of Marcus Bishop Associates Chartered Certified Accountants. He is the current President of the Association of Accounting Technicians. His colourful self-chosen career path has included public sector internal auditor, university principal lecturer, accounting examiner, author/financial columnist, NED and public speaker.

David enjoys writing for relaxation and has written seven business accountancy and finance books; plus numerous articles including since 2010, his monthly financial column for SE21 and SE22 magazine. David’s other leisure pursuits includes following rugby union and charitable work for Prostate Cancer UK.

I am a qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience working in the private sector and the Not-for-Profit sector. I am currently working for a Christian disability charity who have a very strong Christina ethos.

I am an active member and leader in my local church in east London called Gomer Faith Ministries. I also enjoy teaching and coaching and I am always willing to help those around me navigate challenging situations in life.

His expertise in finance and community development has also been recognized through his positions on numerous Boards of Housing Associations in the UK, where he has played a crucial role in shaping housing policies and initiatives.

Beyond his professional roles, Leslie's commitment to public service and community empowerment extends to his service on the Board of Global One, an organization addressing global challenges, and as the Chairman of Faith Regen, where he champions faith-based initiatives for social cohesion and support for underserved communities.

I am a qualified Accountant who is highly motivated, responsible, hard-working, and conscientious individual with over 20 years’ experience at management level. Proven ability to meet deadlines, set budgets effectively, organise a team, and increase productivity. I have an excellent track record of achieving results, implementing new systems that contribute substantial cost saving. I am known for displaying good leadership qualities, and the development of collaborative relationship with various stakeholders.

Business name is GEF Associates. Previously worked as a Business Manager for NatWest and in other capacities for 21 years. His main role involves providing information, advice and guidance to start-ups and medium sized businesses. In the past he has also managed loan funds as well as sitting on the panels providing grant funding.

He has been operating his business since 2003 and as well as delivering start-up advice, he has been involved developing and delivering training courses, having worked for a number of Business support Agencies in the past and is still contracted to do work for Enterprise Enfield.

A member of the Institute of Consulting and an accredited Business Adviser with SFEDI. Done work for Quality Southeast as a SFEDI accredited Accessor and is able to deliver NVQ qualifications.

Previously a director and treasurer of the North London Credit Union, part of The North London Community Finance CDF.

He is also the Pastor of the Calvary Church of God in Christ Church, (COGIC) in Northumberland Park, Tottenham, since 2011, but pastoring for the last 21 years, and District Superintendent of the North London District.

He has a passion for the community and serves in several capacity as a Board Member of the Safer Neighbourhood-Haringey Board, Haringey Giving, and involved on the Haringey Multi Faith Forum, Churches together Tottenham, Pray Haringey to name a few.

His church is also involved in providing a local feed bank to the community, as well as providing a Safe Space for women and girls fleeing from domestic abuse. In addition to this, he also works for a Christian Charity called ‘Pathway’ that goes into primary schools in North London to provide Christian Education, mainly in assemblies and after school clubs that partners with the local Churches.
