The PCU debit card is linked to your Pentecostal Credit Union account so you are always in control of your spending. When you make a purchase, the money is deducted your account normally within three working days.

1. Please open a Debit Card account in my name under the Terms and Conditions.

2. I request for a Debit Card with POS and ATM services and Personal Identification Number (PIN) under the Terms and Conditions which can be found on the reverse of this application form

3. I certify the information given to be accurate and true. I agree that the Pentecostal Credit Union Limited may make such enquiries about me as it considers necessary in relation to this application

4. I confirm I have received, read and understood Pentecostal Credit Unions Terms and Conditions.
